Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - Rowing in behind PIED PIPER would appear to be the safest course of action. Gordon Elliott's charge, formerly a very useful hurdler, has taken pretty seamlessly to the chasing game in a couple of starts over the larger obstacles. Improvement in his jumping was noted at Killarney, and an uncomplicated front running approach could well see further gains for the money-spinning chestnut. A chunky weight concession may see some side with the mare, Zenta, in search of a bit of value. She'd be dangerous at her best, no doubt, but she's failed to complete twice in her last four starts. Connections of Midnight Moonshine and Minella Sergeant will be pleased at the opportunity to at least pick up minor place money.
