A smart type, his chase form has been generally very consistent and he comes here having won twice at Grade 2 level already this season. His only defeat this term was when finishing fourth in the Grade 1 John Durkan Chase in December but there was no disgrace in that 3.75L defeat and he should take plenty beating today. Chris's Dream is a very interesting runner given he will be ideally suited by really testing ground. He is a strapping chaser who comfortably won the Troytown Chase from 146 in November and while absent since, was a non-runner due to unsuitable ground in the Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown recently. His novice chase form was a little in-and-out last term and while he might ideally prefer three miles, should still run a big race today. Snow Falcon is a 12-times winner but has been well held on his latest two Grade 1 runs (finishing well behind REAL STEEL in December) and might struggle to win this. Shattered Love has been an marvellous servant but has been well held at this level this season (she won a much lesser Listed Chase at Clonmel) while Kaiser Black has his first run since winning a Grade 3 chase at Naas in March and faces a tough task on reappearance. Death Duty should strip much fitter from his reappearance hurdles run here in January but still needs to prove he retains his old ability. Tout Est Permis won the 2018 Troytown Chase but has failed to utilise his low hurdles' rating in recent times and might struggle to win here. %0A
