She showed smart form in the 2018/19 season when finishing second at Listed level and being beaten just 6.25L into fifth in a hot Grade 2 contest at the Dublin Racing Festival. She was absent for 291 days prior to returning on jumps debut at Fairyhouse on new year's day and while again well enough beaten at that venue latest in the month, had plenty horses in behind her then and reverts to her own sex today as a very able type at her best. Queens Brook showed promise in two point-to-points, when trained by Aidan Fitzgerald and is an interesting runner. She ran well on debut in March before winning at Dromahane last November and was subsequently bought by current connections for GBP160,000. The form of her Dromahane win was boosted by the runner-up being narrowly beaten in a bumper on her next start and while much of her pedigree suggests she may be more effective over a longer trip (her half-brother Shotgun Paddy was placed in the National Hunt Chase at Cheltenham), she could go well today with fairly recent form to her name. Lorvon Pearl, in contrast, hasn't run since May 2018 when trained by Jessica Harrington. She herself won on her second point-to-point run and ran a solid race when second in a Tipperary bumper in May 2018. She represents the Champion Trainer and while her long absence is a concern today, she could nonetheless go well. Nelly's Money was an impressive point-to-point winner in December 2018 and while she ran a cracker when second at Limerick last Christmas, she disappointed badly at Cork last month. Elizabeth J is well related and ran well on her bumper debut at Punchestown in December and can get involved today. No Memory won at Ballindenisk in December but faces a much stiffer task today.
