Formscan By Tom Weekes - NEY was a mini-revelation when he went up in distance to score on chase debut last month, and might continue to progress. He benefitted hugely from running over staying Flat distances last year – winning three times in Britain, and while he faces a tougher task than when scoring at Punchestown recently, should appreciate today’s even longer distance. Buachaillbocht has a favourable chase rating and while he should be well suited by stepping up to this distance being a laid-back individual, has poor recent form. Jasmin De Cotte made mistakes when running well at Leopardstown during Christmas and stays well. Will Do would be a strong contender but is declared on Thursday.
