Formscan By Alan Magee - SLANEY DRIVE has plenty to recommend on his two outings and can get off the mark at the third attempt. The Jim Bolger-trained colt was third in a 1m4f maiden here last month that has thrown up a couple of subsequent winners before slightly hampered when runner-up to Cadogan over 1m1f at Leopardstown with Hamadhan over seven lengths behind. Saratoga was third on debut in a strong Killarney maiden last summer but hasn’t been seen since and it will be interesting to see if the market speaks in his favour. Etawa hasn’t progressed since a promising start at Leopardstown and is now fitted with blinkers, while Lifting Sails indicated ability on debut at Limerick.
For three years old and upwards, maidens at startingWeights - 3-y-o 9st 8lbs 4-y-o and up 10st 1lbs Fillies allowed 5lbs
