Formscan  - ANCIENT WISDOM steps back up in distance with a leading chance. He won a Group 3 over 1m5f at Newmarket last season and Charlie Appleby's charge looks primed to run a big race here off the back of last month's neck defeat over 1m2f at Goodwood. The old trooper Hamish is not out of this if back to his best, having beaten Mount Atlas at Chester last month, while the former's stablemate Al Aasy could also prove competitive. Starzintheireyes remains unexposed but has plenty to find with the selection.
