Formscan By Tom Weekes - JUMP ALLEN showed only mild promise in last month’s hurdling debut but stepping up in distance and dropping to this lesser maiden will help. The selection defeated a subsequent dual hurdle-winner to score on bumper debut last May and while he was very one-paced on his Clonmel hurdling debut, that was a better race and today’s extra yardage should suit. The Story So Far ran two consistent races last month and his form since winning a Limerick Christmas bumper in 2023 is largely unexciting, he stays well and likes soft ground so should give the selection a race. Work Place caught the Galway stewards’ attentions in October but was tailed off over Christmas.
