Formscan By Mark Nunan - ENVOL PIERJI has a good record over course and distance and represents a stable in form. He won a handicap on heavy ground here early last year and, after a summer break, was a close third in last year’s renewal of this contest. One would imagine this has been his target for some time. Local hope Archies Charm was off for a year after winning on handicap debut at Downpatrick. He’s 9lb higher here but a recent spin over hurdles will have advanced his fitness. Final Orders has made a bright start over fences and comes here on a hat-trick after landing novice events at Killarney and Cork. His jumping has been fluent but will be tested to a greater extent in handicap company. The lightly-weighted Arctic Ambition, starting off here for Gordon Elliott, was a heavy ground winner last term but has been off nearly ten months.
