Formscan - Chasing Fire was disappointing for the majority of last season before showing signs of a return to form when third at Perth in April. He duly obliged back at the Scottish venue in September and is respected off 5lb higher, but KYNTARA shades the vote. The nine-year-old struggled when sent back over fences and he is back on the mark off which he finished second in the 2024 Pertemps Final.
