Philip Rothwell’s charge has been placed on his latest three starts over similar trips including behind Let Him B here last month. Dairy Force won a Kilbeggan maiden for Liam O’Brien and after joining Gordon Elliott this year, beat all bar Lips Freedom at Downpatrick a fortnight ago. Kp’s Ladyofknock took advantage of a lowly mark when successful at Clonmel and it will be interesting to see how strong she is in the market after an absence of over a year.

There's no particular reason - I suppose she might have been on the go too long the last time and we should have maybe pulled the plug a bit earlier. In saying that, she is a year older and she's not a big mare. She appreciates nice ground and that was a big help to her. Ben gave her a lovely ride, so it is great. She's a brilliant jumper and she stays very well. I was nearly happy to see the lads getting run away with down the back because I wondered were they going quick enough for her. I think he has been actually crying out for a trip, I have never run him over further than 2m1f before. He travelled nicely. I've always had faith in him. It has just taken him a long time to mature. I thought Josh gave him a lovely ride, he thought he was there a bit soon, but it is what it is. I'm 18, from Dingle and have no background in racing although I'm 100 metres over the road from the Kennedys (champion jockey Jack and Paddy). Jack used to ride horses by my house every day of the week so got the bug from there and they have been very good to me. I spent a season flapping and another season point-to-pointing with Sam Curling, who was very good to me. She goes well at home and I thought she had a good chance running off a light weight. She did it well in the finish. It was a surprise although we don't have her very long. She was fit, healthy and well when she came, but came (with) it a bit of an attitude and didn't delay too long in getting her out (to run) as I didn't want her getting bored with the change of scenery. She worked very very well in two bits of work for me and Tom rides her out at home, so knows her well. To be fair to Peter, he said she has loads of ability but needed to be sweetened up. She might go back to '0's' and 'P's' now but, if we can keep her genuine, she might win again. She had a light weight and Tom is good value for the 7lb claim, so we tried to make things as easy as we could for her.
