He was twice absent for a full year and returned again last month when second on reappearance at Galway. That form was boosted by the winner scoring on Thursday and SELECT OPPORTUNITY can win from his rating. Better Than Heaven, a progressive 6yo, was well held by the winner at Wexford latest but is open to further improvement, having started from a low handicap level. Capture The Action is consistent and able at this level and has obvious claims despite a big weight. Lucky Max is 7lbs higher than when winning at Clonmel and likes testing ground while Crackaway faces a stiffer task than when winning at Sligo and might prefer a sounder surface. Fox Le Bel, reported clinically abnormal at Thurles last December, looks capable of winning from his rating but lacks a run. L'un Deux Trois won at the Curragh last month but lacks hurdle experience while 4yo King Lenox has been running well but steps up to a competitive handicap. Ben Thomson has some place claims while Choir Practise was well held at Wexford last month.

An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards rated 80-109
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 12st and the minimum weight shall not be less than 9st 12lbs
Penalties - Winner of a hurdle race after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each hurdle race won.
