Formscan  - Legendary Day made a pleasing start to his hurdling career when winning at Sedgefield in November and, with further improvement a distinct possibility, a second win isn't out of the question. However, he must concede weight to WHITEHAVEN, who proved a useful stayer on the Flat. The Donald McCain-trained gelding looks the type who could pay his way in this discipline and gets the vote. Matchless is another to consider but must prove as effective on these underfoot conditions.
