He has been transferred to J.P.McManus (from John Magnier) and is sure to be well primed for his hurdle debut with Tony McCoy coming to ride (no British racing on). Mad Brian is a challenger though, following two good bumper runs, albeit over a year apart. He has jump experience (third in a point to point), is clearly in fine form and while he arguably has done almost as much in bumpers as the selection, may place second fiddle here. To The Sky, who has looked potentially well handicapped on the Flat, is a frustrating type and is best watched while Juan De Garcia is interesting but makes a somewhat belated debut having been bought for €80,000 in June 2011.
