Formscan By Tom Weekes - FLAME BEARER met trouble in-running here in early January but made all for an easy win at Fairyhouse. Well held by high-class Dysart Dynamo on seasonal reappearance in December, he stepped forward with two recent runs and is suited by trip and ground. Free-going Ha D'or was placed in a Grade 2 hurdle in December 2020 and while also beaten on reappearance this season, won his maiden last time. He needs to settle, stepping back up in grade today but is capable. Haiou won a useful maiden hurdle at Punchestown last month, with the runner-up and fourth-placed horse each winning next time. He shaped as though he would stay further and while also a contender, dropping half a furlong in distance isn't ideal. Meet And Greet was a CD winner 15 days ago but this is his stiffest task todate.
