Formscan By Alan Magee - COSMOS D’AINAY (2) has obviously had some training issues but did win a Sligo bumper in fine style last year and again impressed when reappearing after a lengthy absence in a Cork maiden hurdle last month. The Gordon Elliott-trained gelding was left clear after two out for a convincing victory and the fourth, Easter Bonnet, gave the form a boost at the same venue on Monday. Malbay Madness had Chanceawetmorning well behind when scoring over course and distance in June and may pose more of a threat than Trasna Na Pairce. The latter won twice over hurdles last year but has since been campaigned over fences and is now fitted with blinkers after failing to sparkle on his latest two starts.
