Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - I thought sure during the week that I'd be putting up Flemenstar as the tip for this, but the more you consider things the stronger SIR DES CHAMPS' claims become. This is principally in my book due to the likely strong gallop. Bog Warrior, Flemenstar and last year's winner, Rubi Light are probably all happiest forcing the issue and that could set things up well for Sir Des Champs (has stamina in abundance). Odds of nearly two to one are difficult to ignore in the case of Willie Mullins' hugely talented gelding and he is the percentage call. Flemenstar is a rare talent but he looks tight enough at around even money against this standard of opposition. Bog Warrior is likely to have his jumping severely tested and it's probably too much too soon for the brilliant at his best son of Strategic Choice. Rubi Light is a fantastic jumper but he's the least likely of the quartet to see it out fully, if the anticipated strong pace comes to pass.
