Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - Enda Bolger saddled an impressive point-to-point winner at Killeagh last Sunday and with Drawn N Drank also excelling on the racecourse proper for the Limerick handler it seems the Kilkenny native's team of horses are in right good order. LOVE RORY is by that good sire, Winged Love, and he beat some very promising types at the Limerick Christmas Festival. He looks a versatile horse in terms of trip and a repeat of his Greenmount Park effort could well be good enough now. Ballycasey is much respected given his connections and though he takes a step-up now after landing an ordinary Clonmel maiden, the required progression is entirely possible. Kilcrea is well-regarded but he needs to do more than he's shown to date. Milborough has a bit to find at this level and it'll be interesting to see how he goes in the market. With a rating of 133, at these weights, Bonisland has to be a strong contender. An extra couple of furlongs after his latest starts over two and a half miles, will surely only be of help to Gordon Elliott's charge. Gigginstown House Stud own Bonisland and they've won this for two of the last three years so there's plenty of pluses for the Heron Island gelding.
