When you consider in Ireland alone, from limited enough stock, that his sire, Saint Des Saints has been responsible for the likes of Quito De La Roque, Quel Esprit, Lyreen Legend and St Devote, would give rise to hopes that Djakadam could be useful too. If he doesn't prove up to scratch, Top Ofthe Ra could be the one. Tom Mullins' charge clearly has plenty left to learn about racing but he's settling better with experience and there seems little doubt that he'll win his share of races when it all comes together. Point-to-point winners, Auld Sthock and Never Complain (first reserve) could contend for a place in the frame in a race that lacks a bit of strength in depth. Kilmainham and New River are two others with each-way hopes.
