Formscan By Alan Magee - ASPIRE TOWER won on the Flat for Richard Hannon and created a big impression when scoring on debut over hurdles for current connections at Punchestown. He ran very free in the early stages but jumped well and drew clear in the straight with subsequent Fairyhouse winner Wolf Prince well back in third. This represents a stiffer task but improvement can be expected with that initial experience under his belt. A Wave Of The Sea held a similar level of form on the Flat and will not lack for jumping experience having won at Punchestown and Down Royal and filled the runner-up spot in a Grade 3 at Fairyhouse last time. Brendan Duke is excited about Clemencia who scored in fine style at Cork earlier this month and, on a line through Pasley, he has the beating of Sacchoandvanzetti. The market should prove the best guide to the challenge of the powerhouse yards of Gordon Elliott and Willie Mullins with Aramax (hurdle) and Echoes In Rain (Flat) both having scored in France.
