Formscan By Alan Magee - A victory for ARTHURIAN FAME would ensure raucous celebrations by the Blackrock Racing Syndicate in the winners’ enclosure if successes for the Joseph O’Brien-trained gelding this year on the Flat at Naas and this venue are anything to go by. The son of Camelot progressed to a rating of 100 on the level and made an encouraging debut over hurdles when beating all bar Tiger Voice in a 22-runner Cork maiden. Fusain was only headed in the closing stages when beating all bar Festival D’ex in a big field maiden at Navan earlier this month and rates an obvious threat, while others to consider include Cedarwood Road, Fils Spirituel and Jungle Junction. The latter showed a decent level of form in bumpers and is an interesting recruit to hurdles.
