Formscan By John O'Riordan - A course and distance winner off 2lb lower in April, EASTERN WIND can add another success to her tally. Having landed her maiden hurdle at Tipperary on her next start, the Tom McCourt-trained mare has mixed it between both codes in recent outings. Still nicely treated on the level despite winning five times, the daughter of Farhh can enjoy a popular local success. Despite being a 25-race maiden, the John McConnell-trained Hangry hinted that he could be about to make the breakthrough when staying on well to finish fourth at Down Royal recently. Spanish John arrives here in decent heart having reached the frame over hurdles at Roscommon on Monday.
