Approximately one and a half furlongs out, Demetrius (GB), unplaced, hung quickly right-handed causing Sunniva (IRE), unplaced, to be momentarily short for room and shifted off its intended line, which in turn moved Bye Law (IRE), placed fourth, wide off its intended line.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Dylan Hogan reported that Demetrius (GB), unplaced, hung both ways; Duran Fentiman reported that Bye Law (IRE), placed fourth, was slowly away and Ben Robinson reported that Sunniva (IRE), unplaced, hung left-handed under pressure.
