Desert Quest (IRE) was disqualified and the placings were revised as follows: First Is She Now (IRE), Second NALA THELIONESS, Third Late Claim (FR), Fourth Falaise Blanc (FR).
The performance of Star Of Emerald (FR), which finished unplaced beaten 34½ lengths, was considered.
It was noted that the representative of Edward Bethell could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance.
The Veterinary Officer examined the gelding post-race and had nothing to report.
