He didn't really get the three miles and a furlong there, so I was hoping the trip today would suit. I've had him since he was a foal and he is a family pet. All the lads in the yard ride him and it's unlucky for Evan Daly. He would have been riding him but he was short one ride in a point-to-point to ride in this race. Andy gave him a super ride and is great value for his 7lb. His dam is a half-sister to horse called Lough Derg that Martin Pipe used to have. The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr P.A. King, rider of Revolut Ned, trained by William P Murphy, concerning where he appeared to momentarily stop riding on the run to the line. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his horse had recently had wind surgery and that he felt he had no more to give . Having viewed the recording and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr. P.A. King was in breach of Rule 212(iv)(a) and in considering his clean record in this regard they suspended him for five racedays
