Elliott on a Roll as Cinammon wins again at Downpatrick
Yoradreamer another winner for in-form Sean Cleary-Farrell
He's been very consistent. The owner, Mr Brookhouse, has been very patient. Sean Cleary-Farrell is obviously on a roll as well, so he did everything right. We always love having winners up here.
Theflyingbee takes the feature in Downpatrick
If she turned up in the form that she finished Navan in the last time (runner-up in December), I'd give her a fair chance. I didn't know how she would handle here. She will probably get further. She will go on better ground or heavier ground, she is very adaptable like that. The plan all along was the two Flat runs, so it worked out. Credit to everyone here, it is some track.
Tonaghneave Well a Downpatrick winner for Cromwell and O'Brien
Great for the owner Paul Kelly, he's from not too far from here so it is nice for him to have a local winner. Paddy works hard and is getting his chances now and he is taking them. He gave him a good ride claiming the 7lb and he is great value for it, and he is riding well. He is spreading his wings a bit now, but he has been with us for a few years now and he is a good lad. We were disappointed with it (last run) and couldn't out our finger on a reason for it. I actually just had to take my time with him after that. He has come here good form today and I expected him to run well. He surprised me now the way he stayed on.
Bruant one for the bookies at 40/1
Pralognan completes quick doubles for Martin and Sexton
It is great for the people involved, they are local men. I'm very happy for them. He's a good horse, but it hasn't fell right for him. Today, Kevin was very good on him and it fell right for him. I didn't know whether he would give it (effort), I saw his head going sideways. Lucky enough he did it well.
Liadawn wins bumper to bring up Mullins Downpatrick double
Fantastic sire, it's a brilliant pedigree. John O'Connor (breeder) and his sisters, particularly Anne, do a wonderful job with it and we've had a lot of success with it. I've won on the dam, I've won on the sister and I've won on the aunt, and they have all been great. I think we will try and have a crack at black-type in a bumper, possibly Gowran or maybe Cheltenham in November. Then black-type over hurdles, I think she is up to that class.
