THE KELTRUCK LTD HANDICAP STEEPLE CHASE (CLASS 3) (GBB RACE) The winner, Numitor (GB), appeared to show improved, form compared with its previous run at Haydock Park, on 4 April 2026, where the gelding was pulled up.
Heather Main’s representative explained that Numitor (GB) may have appreciated returning to a small sized field on this occasion.
Their explanation was noted and the gelding was routine tested.
Following the race, Freddie Gingell reported that Sherborne (IRE), placed fourth, jumped poorly.
The Veterinary Officer reported that the gelding had lost its right-fore shoe.
