Approximately 2 ½ furlongs out, Get Up Everybody (IRE), placed fourth, hung quickly left-handed giving a bump to and briefly unbalancing Hyzenthlay Rah (GB), unplaced, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Get Up Everybody (IRE).
Following the race, John Egan reported that Willow Baby (IRE), unplaced, weakened quickly inside the final ½ furlong.
