An enquiry was held following a report from the Veterinary Officer that the Travelling Head Lad of Martyn Meade had urinated in the stable of Crackling (IRE).
Having heard evidence from the Veterinary Officer, the Stable Manager and the Travelling Head Lad, they found the Travelling Head Lad in breach of Improper Conduct under Rule (J)20 and fined the trainer £140.
They also instructed Meade that he ensures all employees are correctly briefed as to the integrity implications of these actions in the future.
The Stewards ordered Crackling (IRE) to be routine tested.
