THE COPYBET DAILY PROFIT BOOST NOVICES' HURDLE RACE (CLASS 4) (ARC Summer Novices' Brush Hurdle Series Qualifier) (GBB RACE) King's Scholar (IRE) unseated Sean Bowen on the way to post and cantered loose for a short while.

An enquiry was held to consider two pieces of interference after jumping the final fence, involving Arbitration (IRE), placed second, ridden by Brendan Powell and the winner, KING’S SCHOLAR (IRE), ridden by Sean Bowen.
In regard to the first incident of interference shortly after jumping the last fence, it was found that no interference had taken place as both horses had moved independently left- handed towards the rail.
In regard to the second incident of interference, inside the final half furlong, Powell was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left-handed without timely correction, causing KING’S SCHOLAR (IRE) to become briefly short of room.
