An enquiry was held to consider interference on the run to the line involving the winner, Local Derby (IRE), ridden by Freddie Gordon and Watchoutitscookie (IRE), placed second, ridden by James Davies.
Gordon was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left-handed without sufficient correction, taking Davies slightly off his intended line.
