An enquiry was held to consider interference going out onto the final circuit, involving Kajikia (FR), which was pulled up, ridden by Jay Tidball, Motazzen (IRE), placed third, ridden by Paul O'Brien, Cast's Tasha (IRE), which was pulled up, ridden by Toby McCain-Mitchell and Kool Kid (GB), placed sixth, ridden by Brendan Powell.
The interference was found to be accidental as Kajikia (FR) edged slightly left- handed at the same as Motazzen (IRE) edged marginally right-handed when re-joining the railed section of the track, causing Kool Kid (GB) and Cast's Tasha (IRE) to become crowded for room and and the rider of Cast's Tasha (IRE) to take a check.
Following the race, Alan Jones reported that Hillsin (IRE), which was pulled up, was unsuited by the going described as Soft on this occasion and would prefer a quicker surface.
