A BHA Official reported that there had been a verbal altercation between Connor Planas and Cieren Fallon in the Weighing Room area following race 1.
The two riders, two valets and the BHA Official were interviewed.
Having heard the evidence given from all parties, the Stewards noted the explanations given.
A further enquiry was held to consider an incident pulling up after the line, involving Cieren Fallon, the rider of Bulletsnap (IRE), placed fourth, and Connor Planas the rider of the winner Quest For Stars (FR).
After being interviewed and shown recordings of the incident Fallon was suspended for 4 days, under Rule (J) 20, as he knowingly allowed his mount to move laterally right-handed for a sustained period, moving Quest For Stars (FR) across the track towards the outside rail, despite receiving several calls from Planas who was in close proximity to his outside.
