Dakota Dawn (IRE) unseated Jason Hart shortly before arriving at the start and cantered loose for a short period before being caught.
Having been checked by the Doctor and Veterinary Surgeon respectively at the start, Hart and the filly were both deemed fit to race.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final ½ furlong involving Sinj (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Joe Leavy, Calafiori (GB), placed second, ridden by Billy Loughnane, Mwaki (GB), placed fifth, ridden by Cieren Fallon and Dakota Dawn (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Jason Hart.
The interference was found to be accidental as Sinj (GB) shifted quickly right-handed causing Calafiori (GB) to shy and shift right-handed into the path of Mwaki (GB) which in turn caused Dakota Dawn (IRE) to become tight for room against the rail.
Following the race, Cieren Fallon reported that Mwaki (GB), placed fifth, suffered interference inside the final furlong and Jason Hart reported that Dakota Dawn (IRE), unplaced, suffered interference inside the final furlong.
The Veterinary Surgeon reported that Sinj (GB), placed fourth, bled from the nose.
