The Raceday Stewards reviewed the riders first approach to the Starter. Having viewed the recording of the start and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Raceday Stewards received a report from the IHRB Clerk of the Scales, Ms. P. Hassett, regarding the fact that S.F. O'Keeffe, rider of Ballinvasas Best, failed to present himself to weigh in following a fall after the finish line
Having considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that there was justifiable reasons for such failure as provided for under Rule 230(ii). The Raceday Stewards were also satisfied that S.F. O'Keeffe had weighed out at not less than his proper weight and accordingly confirmed the Judges placings and took no further action.
