Minaun View makes all for three
She loves these Claimers. In her grade, she's able to hold her own in them. She gets the weight off the horses that are in not to be claimed so that's a big help.
Citrus Springs controls things from the front
She's improved with each start. I thought she was impressive to win today from that draw. She obviously had to use a lot of energy early to get her position, and she pulled away in the last furlong. She looks a nice filly. We'll probably have a look at going to Kentucky Downs with her. There's some good prize money there.
Lohoobb makes it tenth time lucky
Star Performer maintains unbeaten status
She has done nothing wrong. She won nicely on debut and this was an obvious stepping stone. You'd have to be impressed with the manner of her victory. She's a stakes winner now. A daughter of Sea The Stars, good-looking filly.
Fixation bounces back in style
It all went wrong for him in Galway at the start. He was messy. He was messy again today at the start, but he missed the start in Galway. He got back in behind a wall of horses. Ben said he never got a clear run on them so he'd an easy race. He came back and he seemed in great form at home,. This was the next logical step. I think a-mile-and-a-quarter, a-mile-and-a-half is good for this horse. He's not slow, but around here you need a bit of pace and he won very well. I think we'll wait until Champions Weekend now. There's two races there. A mile-and-a-quarter handicap at the Curragh and a-mile-and-five at Leopardstown, so we'll target one of those.
Rock continues his progression in relentless style
He did it well. He's a horse that's improved with every run. He needed the extra furlong, the way he was coming home at Dundalk. He's a big horse and he just took the time to develop. He did it quite nicely and, when Billy got to the front, he wasn't doing an awful lot so hopefully that means he has more in the tank. He's still a big baby and the cheekpieces just helped him focus.
She's Ideal completes double for McGuinness and Hardman
She came out of a Claimer for five grand a couple of weeks ago. We done a few bits and pieces with her but she is what she is. She had top weight, but the form was sort of solid with the other filly winning today. We claimed her in Ballinrobe after she beat my other filly (Maunan View). It's not too often you give five grand for one and they win so quick,. She'll probably go into something similar. I thought she was stuffed at the bottom, but she stuck it out well. She has plenty of ability. This time of the year with them fillies when they come into themselves you never know what they'll do.
