Permission was given for Grace Angel (GB) and Rhythm N Hooves (GB) to wear a red hood to post, and for MICHAELA’S BOY (IRE) to go to post early wearing a red hood.
The raceday privilege request for Kings Merchant (GB) trained by Edward Bethell to go to post early was not submitted.
Bethell was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all raceday privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
Approximately 3½ furlongs out a hard pulling Sports Coach (IRE), placed fifth, shifted right-handed off the rail enabling a free running Mon Na Slieve (IRE), unplaced, to improve through on its inside, before Sports Coach (IRE) then shifted left-handed back to the rail whilst continuing to race ungenerously which resulted in Mon Na Slieve (IRE) being checked but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Sports Coach (IRE).
