Formscan By Mark Nunan - DIVINE LEGEND (6) is a fine scopey daughter of Blue Point and she has been running well in maidens. It was fast ground and seven furlongs when she beat 16 rivals at Fairyhouse, but she got the trip fine over course and distance previously and the ground won't be too bad. Her mark of 78 looks fair and, as long as she hasn't gone over the top, she should take a bit of beating. Thrifty Of Digby has a good strike rate and likes a bit of ease. She wasn't far behind a couple of subsequent winners when down the field in a premier handicap at Leopardstown. The form of Expert Dancer's last two runs has worked out a treat and she's had a break since running at the Galway festival. Sanctitude comes here in form and she is ground-versatile. %0A%0A%0A%0A

Quotes on Pink Oxalis (IRE)
It’s a great weekend to showcase Irish racing and just to be part of it is very special; to get one on the board in my first full season as a trainer means a helluva lot. I’ve got a great team of people behind me. My assistant Stephen Mooney is a great part of it, and I owe him plenty. I feel very sorry for Jack Kearney. When we saw the draw for this race we swapped him off this filly, who he has won three times on, and put him on the other filly. It’s just the way the races have been materialising all day, the middle to stands’ side is where you need to be. She’s a real hold up filly and David has given her a perfect ride. To start life off 59 in the wintertime at Dundalk has given her a lot of confidence to come into the turf season. These races aren’t easily won but she’s won like a helluva good filly there today. In Galway from stall 19 she showed that she’s more than capable off top-weight. She ran a cracker. The last day the Cambridgeshire just didn’t work out. There was no pace in the race and Wayne wasn’t hard on her, so she was nice and fresh for today. She’s Saudi owned by a couple of new owners into the yard and hopefully they will be re-investing with us. I’m super proud for them and the support they’ve given me. They sent me this filly before I even had a runner so hats off to them. They picked her out themselves in Goffs, five-and-a-half grand. She must be one of the most progressive h

Quotes on Expert Dancer (GB)
She is her own worst enemy as she misses the break and missed it again today. She has run well in some good maidens, and it is great to a win with her as she isn't a bad filly. The ground was too quick for her the last day and she likes that ground, so we were happy to see the rain. She is a good filly who could get black type on soft ground. Maurice (Ahern) is a retired sheriff from Nenagh and owns her in partnership with a Tipperary syndicate.

Quotes on Sanctijude (IRE)
the race worked out perfectly for Sanctijude as they went a good pace early on and Billy was able to sit on her. She seemed to like that bit of ease in the ground. I said to Michael Deegan (owner) half-way around that we’d find out whether she wants 1m1f or not, as they went a good gallop from the start, which seemed to suit her. She’s a consistent filly, if not a bit unlucky, as when she hits the front, she downs tools a little bit. We’ll find something similar in the near future, now that the ground has come for her.

Quotes on Thrifty Of Digby (IRE)
She’s some tough, brave, filly. She wasn’t going to get beaten, she kept on putting her head down. They took her on early on as well. She really is great. She only got it on the nod and for once it’s gone the right way for me!. She’s actually in the online sale, but we might keep her now. She loves Roscommon and here, and she goes from seven furlongs to a mile-and-a-quarter. There might be another day in her but she’s getting her rating up now.

Quotes on Divine Legend (IRE)
We’re delighted with that, she’s been running very consistently and this looked like a good fit today,. She was staying on well the last day over a mile, but Ben said she’d have no problem dropping back, she has a bit of speed. It’s job done today, she’s a homebred, so it was important to get that bracket. We’ll sit down and see. We’ll probably give her one more run before the year is out, and then decide what’s going to happen next year. She’s a fine big filly, by Blue Point, and I think there is still a bit to come.
