D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Marie's March, trained by Sarah Joanna Connell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly

C.M. Quirke, rider of Rebel Cowgirl, trained by M.A.Cahill, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung violently right

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Ian Patrick Donoghue, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of St Denis's Well, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Ian Patrick Donoghue stated that a change of tactics coupled with softer ground today had contributed to the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Eoin G. Kelly, rider of Westoftignes, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the whip regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Eoin G. Kelly was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g (excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) The Raceday Stewards suspended Eoin G. Kelly for two racedays.
