He was no match for easy winner Balum then but it was a solid run from the dual point-to-point winner and that form has worked out well since. Stepping up in trip should be a help now as well. Lough Nigara has been placed on his last couple of runs and looks an obvious threat. The Sans Frontieres gelding remains on the same mark as when third at Thurles last month. Captain Jimmy was well beaten last time but is slipping down the handicap and has form on this type of ground so could get a bit closer now.
