Formscan By John O'Riordan - Runner-up on her racecourse debut at Naas last month, the Ger Lyons-trained TEMPEST STAR can open her account. Racing on the far side away from the main field, the filly did exceptionally well to finish as close as she did. Granted normal improvement from that introduction, the Newtown Anner Stud-owned representative can win here. Tommy McJohn was well supported to make a winning debut also at Naas but similar to the Lyons filly he found one too good. Another that should be all the better for that initial experience, the Michael O'Callaghan-trained colt rates a serious threat. Given the strength of her stable in this division, newcomer Fiamma has to be respected on her first start.
