Formscan By Donal Murphy - SHEISHYBRID gets the nod here with Colin Keane booked to ride. A good winner at Down Royal in June, she then finished seventh in the Ulster Derby. Sent off a joint favourite on her most recent start in the Connacht Oaks at Sligo, she could only manage a disappointing fifth. Given a break since that effort and making her debut at Dundalk now, a much-improved performance looks likely. Gaheris is one of two Joseph O’Brien trained runners in the line-up and the German bred three-year old is given second preference. Owned by Alvaro Odriozola, a professional footballer from Spain, the Camelot colt was successful on his third start at Leopardstown in July. For whatever reason, he really struggled at Windsor last month, but back on home ground now, better can be expected. O'Brien is also represented by Irwin who has definite claims. A case can be made for many others, with Golden Twilight, Dammit and Razdan among those to keep on side.
