Formscan By Donal Murphy - HODD'S GIRL gets the nod in this very competitive heat. The grey daughter of Zebedee is a three-time winner at Dundalk and clearly enjoys her trips to the all-weather venue. Successful over the course and distance on her most recent start earlier this month, it'll come as no surprise if the Mick Halford trained four-year-old manages to follow-up now. Sabrina Fairchild and Sunset Nova are also three-time course winners and both look to have strong claims. The former was a close third to the selection on her most recent start and she might be able to reverse the form now. Split Passion is tried in cheekpieces for the first time and he is sure to have plenty of supporters, while UK import Cleveleys is an interesting contender on his debut for Ken Condon. Resourceful Man and Tresorier were both successful last time out and they are others for the shortlist.

An extended handicap for three years old and upwards rated 45-75
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 10st 2lbs and the minimum weight shall not be less than 8st 6lbs
Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 6lb extra for each race won.
