Formscan By Tom Weekes - BREAKEN looked a high class prospect in winning an ordinary maiden hurdle on his Irish debut at Limerick in March and might beat more experienced rivals and win here. Runner-up on his only previous hurdles race at Autueil in June 2017, he raced far too keenly on his reappearance run in that Limerick race but simply bolted in, winning in the style of a smart horse. He might be able to relax better today (in a first-time hood) with the benefit of having had that Limerick run and this race looks an ideal opportunity for him to continue his education as a young five year old going places. Gardens Of Babylon brings proven form to the race and would ordinarily be the starting point. He has bumped into high class horses along the way in recent times, finished third in the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham and comes here the form horse, albeit he is vulnerable to a high class performer. Cash Back has a similar enough profile to the selection in that he defied a 509 days absence to win on Irish debut at Thurles in March and showed smart form when finishing second in a Grade 2 race at Fairyhouse latest. He too is capable of getting involved today. Annamix, one-time favourite for two Supreme Novices Hurdles, broke his maiden tag at Clonmel in March but faces a much stiffer task today.
