Formscan By John O'Riordan - A recent winner of a Listed handicap hurdle at Listowel, FRANKENDAEL has to be of interest reverting to the Flat. Lightly raced on the level when trained in Britain, the five-year-old easily won his final start in that code for Edward Bethell. Having improved with each outing over hurdles, the Camelot gelding could still be nicely treated off his Flat mark of 76. Locally trained Teed Up never reached the heights he is undoubtedly capable of this season but off a rating 16lb below his best and with his rider claiming an additional 7lb, the Emmet Mullins-trained gelding cannot be discounted. Killarney winner Abbey Actress takes a step up in grade but has the scope to improve further over this trip.
