Formscan By John O'Riordan - READ TO RETURN had caught the eye on a few occasions under both codes prior to finishing second over fences at Tramore in April. The Tony Martin trained gelding has not been seen since but has won off a break in the past so fitness is unlikely to be an issue. He is coming into this a fresh horse so has to be a contender. Hand Over Fist, a winner at this track last time, deserves plenty of respect in his hat-trick bid. The Henry De Bromhead trained gelding is a lightly raced individual who could still be ahead of the handicapper. Fill The Tank was runner-up to the aforementioned horse here last time so should be competitive at these revised weights. Trainer Aengus King had a winner at Listowel in mid week so his string couldn't be in better order at present.
