Third behind the reopposing ANMAAT in this race two years ago, he might prefer a bit of cut in the ground and the latter is fancied to uphold that form. Owen Burrows' gelding landed the Prix d'Ispahan when last seen in May 2023 and, having gone well when fresh previously, he is very much the one to beat. Course winner Al Mubhir is another to consider on the back of a Listed success at Sandown.
