Formscan By Alan Magee - MYTH BUSTER showed promise over hurdles without winning but his future appears to rest over fences judged on a fine third to Easy Game and Allaho at the Leopardstown Christmas meeting. Connections were encouraged enough to step into Grade 1 company in the Dublin Racing Festival at the same venue but a bad mistake after halfway ended any outside chance in the Flogas Novice Chase. THis looks a good opportunity to finally open his account. Max Dynamite was at his peak in 2015 when landing the Group 2 Lonsdale Cup at York and finishing second in both the Galway Hurdle and the Melbourne Cup. He still retains a fair bit of ability on the Flat but hasn’t set the world alight in two chase starts here this year. Dortmund Park was a smart sort over hurdles winning a Grade 1 novice at the Punchestown Festival nearly two years ago but appears to have really lost his way in a light campaign since. His jumping has been far from fluent in two chase outings this term and he’s held by Hotel Du Nord on running behind Turbojet at Leopardstown earlier this month. Salty Boy landed a valuable handicap hurdle at Navan last season to earn a rating in the mid 130’s but he’s yet to show the same level of ability in five outings over fences this term.
