Formscan - Paul Nicholls bids for a fifth consecutive victory in this race with dual course winner Regent's Stroll, who supplemented his bumper success from last spring on his hurdling debut last month. He did well to recover from a bad mistake at the second-last obstacle and the six-year-old will need to have ironed out those errors to stop THE NEW LION. Impressive at Chepstow when beating a subsequent winner, the son of Kayf Tara won under a penalty over C&D last month and may prove himself to be one of England's leading novice hurdle prospects. Bill Joyce won well at Sandown in Grade 2 company and is likely to enter calculations.
