Formscan By Donal Murphy - It might be worth taking a chance on CORRIGALEEN in this weak contest. She ran better than the bare form would suggest on her handicap debut at Clonmel last week. Fitted with cheekpieces for the first time, she finished seventh there behind Fleurys Fort, fading in the closing stages. The Eamon Sheehy trained five-year-old drops back in trip now to two mile two and with Niall Prendergast taking seven pounds off, a bold bid looks likely. Impressive Duke just failed to land a gamble at Clonmel in December of 2019. He hasn't done much in three starts since, but it'll come as no surprise if he bounces back to form now, fitted with cheekpieces for the first time. Paddy Wickla made the breakthrough at Clonmel last week and she is sure to have plenty of supporters, while Coolnacritta and Roisins Ciara are other leading contenders.
