Formscan By Tom Weekes - WALKS IN JUNE showed promise last season and returns following a summer’s break. He defeated a subsequent hurdle-winner in his May 2024 point-to-point success and then bumped into a subsequent Grade 2 winner when running well at Leopardstown last Christmas. He was below his best when beaten 26 lengths in January but that was also a smart bumper and he should benefit from reverting to jumping. Dual bumper winner Minella Hollow was well held on his recent hurdling debut but is capable of better and should give the selection a race. Beckistine was an unlucky loser when falling here last January but now faces a stiffer task. Torps ran well behind capable types at Listowel.
A hurdle for five years old and upwards colts and geldings only, maidens at startingWeights - 11st 12lbs.
